There was no surprise when 54th ranked BritishRichards Elite (1-7) was defeated by 38th ranked French IBF (3-5) 68-55 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by IBF. Richards Elite managed to win third quarter 15-11 . But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. IBF dominated on the defensive end, holding Richards Elite to just 7 points in first quarter. They also forced 35 Richards Elite turnovers. Wendemi Zonon had a double-double by scoring 10 points, 26 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Damien Piperol chipped in 27 points and 4 steals during the contest. At the losing side Nedas Liutkevicius responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 17 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and Andorra center Gregory Rachedi (196-2004) scored 9 points and 14 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. IBF moved-up to twenty fifth place, which they share with Audentes and Drive Ac. 2. Loser Richards Elite dropped to the eighteenth position with seven games lost. They share it with HWKT and Admirals.
